Legacy Leaders Summer Internship Program The Professional Training Program equips students with skills and knowledge essential for securing a job and succeeding in the workplace. The weekly workshops will be facilitated by Legacy Network Staff and professionals from Neuberger Berman. They will include topics such as career planning, resume writing, interviewing, networking and business etiquette. The Summer Internship Program provides students the opportunity to explore different career fields and enhance their professional skills in an actual workplace setting. Selected students will be matched with job placements after an interview with both the Legacy Network Staff and their prospective employers. Past participants have interned at organizations such as New York City Council Member Jumaane D. Williams’ Office, Liberty LEADS/Bank Street College, The After School Corporation (TASC), Flatbush Development Corporation (FDC) and the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.
